Shareholder Structure
(Disclosures pursuant to § 25 para. 2 and 3 Media Law)

Our shareholder structure is similar to those of our sister banks Bank für Tirol und Vorarlberg (BTV) and BKS Bank AG with whom we make up the 3 Banken Group.

The shareholders shown in red in the charts below have signed syndicate agreements. At 30 June 2015 the biggest single shareholder of Oberbank was "CABO Beteiligungsgesellschafts mbH", a wholly owned subsidiary of UniCredit "Bank Austria".

The free float of the Oberbank share capital is held by corporate, institutional investors and private shareholders.
