Unlike the ordinary share, the preference share does not give the holder a vote. However, it does carry an entitlement to a minimum dividend of 6 % payable, if necessary, in a later accounting period.

The shareholders shown in red in the charts below have signed syndicate agreements. At 30 June 2015 the biggest single shareholder of Oberbank was "CABO Beteiligungsgesellschafts mbH", a wholly owned subsidiary of UniCredit "Bank Austria".
