Oberbank Shares
Choose between the ordinary share and the preference share. Unlike the ordinary share, the preference share does not give the holder a vote. However, it does carry an entitlement to a minimum dividend of 6 % payable, if necessary, in a later accounting period. The share capital represented by the Oberbank shares is € 105,921,900.

Our shareholder structure is similar to those of our sister banks Bank für Tirol und Vorarlberg (BTV) and BKS Bank AG with whom we make up the 3 Banken Group.
The shareholders shown in red in the charts below have signed syndicate agreements. At 31.12.2017 the biggest single shareholder of Oberbank was "CABO Beteiligungsgesellschafts mbH", a wholly owned subsidiary of UniCredit "Bank Austria".
The free float of the Oberbank share capital is held by corporate, institutional investors and private shareholders.
